So, many people, EDUCATED people, are still bloody clueless about what they can do with their CPF and keep making a fuss about it. Here’s how easy it is.

Before you reach 55 years old, your CPF is basically 3 accounts – OA (Ordinary), SA (Special) and MA (Medisave). You use OA for housing loans or shares. You cannot touch SA at all except for some selected shares you want to invest in. You only touch MA when you need to pay for medical attention at govt clinics and hospitals. Throughout your working life, money keeps going into these 3 accounts.

Reactor Trident Watch – 10 Years Later

Back in 2009, I got myself a Reactor Trident watch. This watch had been my daily-wear watch, and while I do switch it out to wear other watches in my collection, I still return to this watch often.

One of the features of this watch is that it has a 10-year battery lifespan. Well, I just replaced the battery in April 2019. So yeah, you can say it does indeed have a 10-year battery lifespan. I did that myself actually, didn’t bring it in to any watch store to get the battery replaced. Couldn’t find a CR2012 (man, they’re rare!), and after doing a little bit of research, it seemed that other people have used a CR2016 instead of a CR2012 battery.

Sausage or Hot Dog?

Something happened recently and, honestly, it has not happened before now. Which makes me wonder… has it always been like this, or is this a new thing?

So yeah I went to a food stall recently… and just wanted to get a couple of sausages so when my turn came, the lady asked “what would you like?” and I just said “2 sausages please”, like I always did.

Amazingly, she had a blank stare on her face. So I pointed to this (pic below).
